About Our New Book

The Vital Behavior Effect is what happens when massive numbers of people consistently do a few critical Vital Behaviors that produce extraordinary results. When a core percent of a population establishes new positive habits, a tipping point is reached where the culture changes—the new habits become “just the way we do things around here.” This book is for anyone who wants to create that tipping point.

Why we wrote this book now

Humanity and business have never faced so many urgent problems directly caused by human behavior. What if we all worked in groups, both small and large, to collectively establish new cultural habits related to health, conservation, adherence to best practices at work, and on and on? We want to get tools out broadly so people can work together to address these issues head on. It’s time for change to happen at the grassroots.
